Jumping Jacks 50
Pushups 10

Jabs 25
Cross 25
Jab/Cross 25
Hook 25 ea side
Uppercut 25 ea side
Front kick 25 ea side
Back kick 25 ea side
Side kick 25 ea side

I would not call this an 'easy' workout but it will definitely give you a good burn. I generally do it in around 10 minutes and have done it in 8-1/2 minutes.
Looks like a great workout! Going to spin class tomorrow, maybe I'll do this after!
